Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
If you're not satisfied, you may request a return within that period. To be eligible, the product must be returned in its original packaging and at least mostly unused. We’re unable to accept returns of jars that are empty or heavily used.

To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@pomdrops.com. Please provide your order number, name and reason for return.

If your return is accepted, Please ship back to address above. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at customerservice@pomdrops.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
