Shipping policy

How long does Delivery take?

The time period for deliveries is composed of two periods:

Processing time:

Within 1-3 business days after the order is checked, approved and packed. Then your package will be prepared for transport.

Delivery time:

Once the package has been picked up by our shipping company it will take after:

•  5-7 business days with Ground Shipping*
•  2 business days with Expedited Shipping*

Package will be delivered by the postal service companies USPS, or UPS.

* Delays may occur during busy periods, such as Christmas or Black Friday. 

Shipping Area

At this time, POM DROPS® ships only within the United States.
We do not currently ship internationally, including to Canada, Europe, or other regions. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future.

POM DROPS is exclusively available through official website at pomdrops.com, Amazon.com or US Salon Partners. We ship within the United States only and have no authorized third-party website resellers.
